BIM - Building Information Modeling is the new industry standard which appears destined to be a leading force in future project delivery. Cassell Consulting is committed to staying current with the latest technological advances in construction. We are currently working with Innovaya Software's new products, which can produce 3-d (Clash Protection), 4-d (Scheduling), and 5-d (Estimating) project information, directly from a Revit CAD drawing. OST - On Screen Takeoff enables quantity takeoff directly from digital drawings, in nearly all common graphic formats including (pdf, tif, jpg, dwf, & dwg). Takeoff is faster and more intuitive than digitizing paper plans, and includes many powerful tools & reports with layers, typical areas, to speed up the drudgery of manual takeoff.  We have been using On Screen Takeoff now for a couple years, and offer training with this powerful tool as well.
