Primavera SureTrak II – Scheduling to comply with Governement spec 01321N

The second 2-day session is specifically focused on teaching compliance with the advanced scheduling requirements for US Government Department of Defense contracts. Curriculum includes learning to use this powerful and analytical tool for building schedules in compliance with Government standards for setup, cost loading, reporting, submittal, and custom script & macro usage.

Upon completion, attendees will learn to meet Government standards to:

·         Configure SureTrak Options, Autocost rules, and Schedule Defaults

·         Produce the Baseline Network Analysis Diagram, and other required Submittals

·         Design a coded Activity ID numbering sequence

·         Define the data dictionary including Resources and Costs

·         Print required Tabular and Earned Value Reports

·         Produce Monthly Updates, required for contract payment approval

·         Schedule Change Orders using Fragnets, for Time Impact Analysis

·         Correctly configure Milestones & Constraints

·         Setup & manage Project Groups

Attendees will receive:

·         Custom class workbook / reference manual including detailed Spec 01321N

·         US Government-approved macro scripts

·         Advanced SureTrak Certificate of Completion signed by Authorized SureTrak Trainer

Required: experience with Primavera SureTrak, & working knowledge of CPM scheduling

Recommended: SureTrak I class, minimum2 years CPM-scheduling and project management experience
