Barry Cassell has been a trainer and consultant since 1995, to the US Naval Construction Brigade, FEMA, State of Hawaii DAGS, and numerous General Contract, Subcontract, and Architectural firms in the United States, Mexico and Australia. Barry started in commercial construction in 1974 as a union laborer above the Arctic Circle on the Trans-Alaska Pipeline Project.  He has worked in Hawaii and the Western United States as a journeyman carpenter, superintendent, and General Contractor . Projects include resorts, high rises, bridges, dams, and treatment plants,  as well as single and multi-family residential projects. Current certifications include Primavera SureTrak, Sage Timberline Project Management, and Estimating software, and a Hawaii General Contractor license.
